Your Profile

• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree.

• Solid knowledge of tax and social security rules impacting employee benefits.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, rewards, or tax-related roles.

• Passionate about turning complex concepts into practical solutions.

• Quick thinker who simplifies complex issues to their core.

• Known for a pragmatic, hands-on attitude.

• Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels.

• Communicates clearly and confidently with any audience.

• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English—spoken and written.
